Campaign Wizard
The Campaign Wizard makes program configuration a simple and seamless process. Set-up a program and have in running in a few hours by following the five configuration steps.
Nomination Phase
The Nomination steps are streamlined with an API connection to prepopulate business information for the person nominating. Digital banners are available during the Nomination phase.
Nomination Database
All Nominees flow into a Nomination database where the sales team can be assigned. The sales team has the ability to manage their list, update each Nominee and place orders on behalf of each business.
Voting Phase
Voting occurs through the Voting Ballot and through Custom Voting Pages that are available for purchase. Various Voting Ballot banners are available for purchase for the voting phase.
Ballot Manager
Nomination and Voting counts are consolidated into the Ballot Manager. The Contest Manager can easily select who will proceed to voting and flag winners after voting is complete.
Fulfillment
Processed orders appear in Fulfillment. Within Fulfillment, assigned designers can upload creative, send creative to clients for approval and assign approved items to the Nomination Ballot, Voting Ballot and Winner Listings.
Winners
Winners display showing the winners within each subcategory with each listing showing aggregate placements. Various banners and expanded listings are available for purchase.
